Clean, well-equipped two-bedroom apartment. Ski rental on-site made it easy to get ready. Accessing the slopes involved a bit of walking uphill, tough after skiing all day.

We loved the fantastic spa facilities and the lovely mountain views, made our evenings special!

The heated pool and spa lounge were perfect for winding down after a long day on the slopes. We did find it a tad tricky to get into the jacuzzi during peak hours, so plan accordingly! 😊

Our stay was fantastic with a lovely, well-equipped apartment that had a great view from the balcony, making every morning feel special while being just a few steps away from delicious dining options like Frog & Roastbeef.

The swimming pool and hot tub were good, perfect for soothing sore muscles after a day on the slopes. I also adored the mountain views from the balcony.

Improve access between floors in the building.

The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious enough for four. Spa facilities were good. Fresh bread delivered each morning! The view from our balcony was like a dreamy postcard every day.

Lugging our bags uphill seemed like a scene from a comedy show! And let me tell you, the walk to the slopes wasn't exactly a stroll in the park.

The apartment at the top of the resort had a great view and location. The open plan area and balcony were perfect for our group of 6. The apartment was always warm and the beds were comfortable. The baguette service in the mornings was reasonably priced and the staff were helpful.

The kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and cookware, making it convenient for guests who prefer to cook their own meals. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is far away from Val Thorens, but close enough to the night life to enjoy. the ski slope is accessible down a steep hill, but one can board close to the door from Plan Sue. the large apartments are nicely furnished with everything needed. the shuttle bus provided is very useful. the heated ski/boot room is very good.

our stay in val thorens was excellent, but chalet Des Neiges Hermine made it even better with their spacious and comfortable apartments, friendly staff, and convenient location. We loved the bread delivery and the on-site ski shop. Definitely coming back!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel with friendly staff and great service. The location was perfect for me as I could enjoy the night life without the noise bothering me. the cleanliness of the facilities was perfect. The bread delivery service was a nice touch that added to my enjoyment of the stay.
